If a return of a piece has to be done, please understand that the following applies.

• Returns will not be reimbursed in cash, however, can be exchanged for a piece on the Sukanova online store.
• Sukanova will do the very best in ensuring your package is safe for shipping and your piece is well protected, however Sukanova cannot be held accountable for damage caused by shipping, transport and the likes. What I want most is for your piece to arrive in your hands, how it left mine.

The piece that is to be returned should be in:

• Undamaged condition
• In its original packing and packaging for shipping back to me.

Sukanova may need to decline a return request based on the conditions above. 

There may be circumstances where a return needs to be made due to other causes, in this case Sukanova asks that you get in touch with via email.
